This article analyzes peacebuilding initiatives promoted by the coordination of various government and civil society actors as mechanisms for social innovation. Specifically, it analyzes the dynamics of the Territorial Council for Peace, Reconciliation, and Coexistence (CTPRC), a body for coordination between the government and civil society in peace matters, regulated by Law Decree 885 of 2017. These initiatives are especially relevant in areas historically affected by violence, which face structural gaps in their development. These initiatives require interventions and exercises planned from the daily lives of communities, enabling the possibility of evoking processes of social transformation in the territory.
