Evaluation of operational and cultural diagnostic tools for the strengthening of colombian small and medium-sized enterprises
The objective of this project is to carry out an evaluation of the operational and cultural diagnostic tools used in the business environment, through a systematic review of the literature. This analysis seeks to identify the most effective methodologies to evaluate organizational performance and business culture to strengthen management practices in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Colombia. In addition, it is intended that this project will not only contribute to the strengthening of organizational management practices, but also promote the creation of an entrepreneurial culture that favors long-term sustainability and competitiveness. The research will culminate in the production of a document that will include both a systematic review of the literature and a detailed and applied analysis of the diagnostic tools evaluated, with the objective of facilitating their practical implementation in SMEs. The expected impact of this work is, on the one hand, that the results will directly benefit Colombian SMEs by providing them with adapted tools to improve their operational and cultural management; on the other hand, it is expected that the findings will also prove valuable for the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) and other academic institutions, by expanding knowledge on organizational management practices and contributing to the development of future research in this area. This approach is aligned with the objectives of sustainable development, improving the competitiveness of companies in a globalized and constantly evolving business environment.
