This article presents a methodology that incorporates Information Technology (IT) Management in a virtual learning environment to improve team performance in technology. The methodology is based on the identification of adjustments in the requirements, allowing to detect deviations and issue early warnings. The combination of visions and work methodologies must be adaptable and flexible, including alternative frameworks such as Prince2 and Scrum.
