Pueblito Huilense Eco-turistic Park Pre.factibility research
This document is based on the development of the pre-feasibility study of the Pueblito Huilense Ecotourism Park, which starts from the need for sustainable environmental development in Pitalito city, whose socio- economic vocation has been culturally based on the production of coffee, but given the growing market opportunity attracted by the new trends in eco-tourism, agro- tourism as well as the opportunity to take advantage of the archaeological tourism remaining from the Augustinian megalithic culture. Using a methodology of phases, it was possible to evaluate the technical, economic and environmental viability of the project as well as its convenience and relevance in the region, concluding that economic use is possible while promoting education and environmental awareness.
