The objective of this work is to design an IT management proposal to support the educational objectives of the educational project in question for the improvement and development of logical-computational competences in the apprentices of the Software Analysis and Development program of the SENA Regional Tolima. The study approach is quantitative, with a descriptive - purposeful scope, with a design in accordance with the TOGAF methodology. Among the expected results, it is expected that the IT management plan supports the "Software Factory" project focused on the improvement and development of logical-computational competencies that are viable, holistic and based on the academic reality of the analysis and development apprentices. SENA Regional Tolima software.
