Cultural And Architectural Heritage In Ecuador: A Proposal To Promote Tourism Through Higher Education Institutions
Ecuador's historical heritage architecture is a cultural reference at the Latin American level, however, the low interest in its conservation could lead it to be on the UNESCO black list: world heritage at risk.
Recovering the country's cultural identity through a tourist offer that is sufficiently attractive to the country's different economic sectors, will allow an economic reactivation in the sectors directly linked to the transit of local and foreign citizens.
It is necessary to develop an adequate strategy to achieve this undertaking, for which the PMBOK tools will be studied and applied as a fundamental basis for this research.
