The projects in the different stages of execution can be involved in problems of cost overruns, delays or dissatisfaction of the interested parties, the identification of the points of improvement to turn the difficulties into opportunities, through the use of a good evaluation of the impact against efficiency in innovation and technological development projects. This document seeks to continue with the first phase which was to identify those factors that impact a project being more efficient than another and that can be considered, for this a model for information processing was developed, where the data was presented input that is described in a project, by processing said data the identification of the determining factors in the deviation of the desired project is obtained. It is desired to evaluate the impact of the efficiency in projects to identify the influential impacts.
