E-COMMERCE AND DIGITAL MARKETING IN FUSAGASUGÁ
With globalization, a radical change was opened throughout the world, modifying the habits and behaviors of the population, as well as traditional marketing elements, thus opening the technological gap for territorial growth and development. The concept of Electronic Commerce is no longer so unknown in the world, as a result of the COVID 19 health emergency, marketing through digital channels has shown an accelerated adaptation to the process, and Fusagasugá is no exception.
The pandemic tested the adaptation and resilience of companies. In the face of adversity, many organizations demonstrated their ability to innovate and find new solutions, which allowed them not only to survive but also to strengthen their position in the market.
E-commerce became an essential tool to ensure the continuity of business operations and meet consumer demands during the pandemic, overcoming the barriers of mistrust that previously existed.
The pandemic also impacted the municipality of Fusagasugá and its region, promoting the digitalization of companies and the adoption of electronic commerce as a sales and supply channel.
In our study, the use of electronic commerce in the companies of Fusagasugá is reviewed, as well as identifying the tools used to make visible the products and services that are demanded, in the same line, the interaction given between entrepreneurs to generate rapprochement and retain potential customers. , from remote places. On the other hand, the technological support currently given to entrepreneurs in the municipality of Fusagasugá was investigated.
