The 4th International Congress on Research in Postgraduate Education focuses on making visible and recognizing the research work that groups and research lines have been developing within the Faculties of Education, which has allowed establishing synergy between researchers, graduate students and faculties with the vision of promoting spaces for interaction between academia for the understanding of the educational phenomenon and its complexities.

The proceedings of the 4th International Congress on Research in Postgraduate Education compile the significant contributions of researchers and academics who have participated in our event, reflecting a collaborative effort to advance knowledge and practice in postgraduate education.

The congress has served as a platform for the discussion of critical and emerging issues in the field of teacher education and professional development, with a special focus on current and future trends that can transform the educational landscape. Through lectures, panel discussions and symposiums, we have promoted an enriching exchange of ideas and experiences that contribute to the comprehensive formation of future educational leaders.

Each contribution has been carefully selected to represent the values of fostering an inclusive, interdisciplinary and innovative academic environment.
