Natural Killer Cells with Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR-NK): An Emerging Cancer Therapy
Natural killer cells modified with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-NK) have emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy in cancer immunotherapy. Unlike CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells offer key advantages such as lower toxicity and the potential for allogeneic use without causing graft-versus-host disease. This paper analyzes the biological basis, clinical advances, and challenges in the application of this technology in oncology.
