Ensuring Diagnostic Accuracy: Advances in HPLC and Dilution Techniques for Quality Control
Quality control in clinical and pharmaceutical analysis is essential to ensure patient safety. This article discusses two advanced methodologies: the validation of an HPLC method for the analysis of Deflazacort and the implementation of the dilution test for measuring coagulation factors in plasma with lupus anticoagulant. The critical parameters evaluated and the relevance of standardizing these methods to obtain reliable results are highlighted (1-23).
