This paper analyzes how territorial governance, health education and comprehensive care can converge to improve health response in complex contexts. It examines experiences such as community management in Medellín during COVID-19, care with a forensic approach, early detection of HPV in patients with cervical lesions, and innovative proposals in sexual health. The findings highlight the importance of interinstitutional coordination and citizen participation to guarantee an inclusive and effective health system(1-26).
