Objective. To analyze the use of digital tools in health education and their impact on vulnerable populations, identifying strategies, achievements, and barriers for the design of context-sensitive interventions. Method. A research and analytical exercise was conducted based on a systematic review of up-to-date scientific literature. The study examined the use of digital technologies in health education processes, considering implemented strategies, scope, limitations, and technological challenges in different vulnerable contexts. Results. Findings indicate that digital tools improve access to information and strengthen health literacy across diverse populations. However, their effectiveness is influenced by factors such as the digital divide, the level of technological literacy, and the cultural relevance of the content and implemented strategies. Conclusion. It is concluded that digital technologies represent a high-potential resource for health education; however, their impact depends on the implementation of comprehensive, participatory, and context-sensitive approaches that address the specific characteristics of vulnerable populations.
