Objective. To present a formative experience carried out by a student of the Health Administration program at UNAD, within the framework of the Territorial CIPAS strategy in the municipality of Tausa, Cundinamarca, aimed at strengthening the promotion of healthy generations, social inclusion, and the articulation between territorial needs and health promotion and prevention actions. Methodology. The experience was implemented through the facilitation of intergenerational meetings within the Territorial CIPAS, using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology to promote collaborative processes between the student community and key territorial stakeholders, particularly the older adult program and the population with disabilities. This articulation was developed within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, with special emphasis on SDG 3 focused on health promotion and well-being. Results. Gaps were identified between academic knowledge and the real problems of the territory, as well as the need to strengthen the inclusion of different age groups. In response, a social action plan was designed and implemented in three phases (mapping of community needs, formulation of promotion and prevention strategies based on intergenerational dialogue, and evaluation of the social impact generated by CIPAS), which strengthened community participation, broadened the understanding of the social determinants of health, and helped consolidate the university’s territorial strategy. Conclusion. The experience reflects the imprint of UNAD’s heutagogical model, grounded in solidarity, inclusion, social justice, and territorial transformation, and shows how academic life activities oriented toward community action strengthen the disciplinary profile of Health Administration students and those from other programs, promote social value, and contribute to building healthier territories.
