RESEARCH TRAINING AS A DRIVER FOR FORMULATING APPLIED PROJECTS ON PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK
The purpose of this paper is to share an experience of research training developed within the Bionativo research group, in collaboration with the International Network for Training and Education in Health. Based on a territorial diagnostic exercise, the need to promote applied research aimed at solving real problems was identified, particularly those related to Occupational Health and Safety from a psychosocial risk perspective. The proposed methodology is framed within an applied, field-based, non-experimental, and cross-sectional study, using stratified probabilistic sampling with random selection, designed to estimate the prevalence of burnout syndrome among healthcare workers in the department of Boyacá. The results obtained through this formative process demonstrate the strengthening of research competencies among participants, reflected in their ability to formulate, design, and contextualize projects with territorial relevance. In conclusion, this experience reaffirms formative research as a transformative tool that links academic knowledge with the social and occupational needs of the local context.
