The intervention is framed within the CIPAS Territorial strategy, with the aim of strengthening workers' knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding the prevention of occupational diseases and the promotion of physical well-being. Educational training sessions, practical activities, and stretching routines adapted to the work environment were implemented.
