The Relationship of learning styles and the training of psychologists by virtual mediation
Through this document, the aim of this document is to present the results of the research with a quantitative and descriptive design, to characterize the learning styles of students of the psychology program in virtual education modality, at three different moments of the training process: initial, intermediate and finally. The results of the research indicated that the brain dominance in the three phases was QUADRANT A, which means that people tend to use a thinking style which is based on facts, which leads to analytical, logical and quantitative thinking. In the initial and final moment groups, it is observed that the predominant second quadrant was the QUADRANT B, which is characterized by a sequential, organized, detailed, planned and form-oriented style of thinking. For intermediate training group, the predominant quadrant was the QUADRANT C, which relies on feelings, kinesthesia and emotional. As conclusion the identification of the different learning styles of students implies for the educational field the needs to respond in a differentiated way to their needs, looking for pedagogical strategies and didactic tools that favor the conditions for the student's learning process.
