Strengthening the organizational structure, participation and management capacity of the community action boards to promote sustainable development in the community in the municipality of Valledupar Cesar, COMMUNAL UNAD
The purpose of this study is to strengthen the organizational structure, performance and management capacity of the community action boards in the municipality of Valledupar Cesar, promoting sustainable development in the community. Through the intervention of their members, JAC community action boards can strengthen their management and decision-making capacity, allowing them to more effectively address local needs. Training and training in areas such as planning and administration are essential to provide community leaders with tools and skills that enhance their self-confidence and ability to implement projects. There is a need to train and guide this community, taking into account its weaknesses.
Furthermore, inter-institutional collaboration and citizen empowerment are key pillars that facilitate greater participation in government initiatives and access to financing. Together, these elements contribute to creating a more dynamic and resilient environment, capable of facing the challenges of sustainable development and increasing the quality of life in the community
