The logic fuzzy in the human resources selection

Objective, fuzzy logic was studied as an alternative for decision-making in different topics of human activity. Method, a bibliographic review was carried out in the main databases on applications of fuzzy logic and how it has been useful for better decisions. A fuzzy logic exercise was developed for the selection of tutors at the UNAD. Results, the number of publications on fuzzy logic in the databases consulted was shown, an application of fuzzy logic was made in the selection of full-time, part-time and hourly tutors at the UNAD where the application of matrix algebra is observed. Discussion and conclusions, fuzzy logic solves the problem of semantic interpretations such as high or low, costly or economical, convenient or inconvenient.
