The pandemic generated by the coronavirus COVID 19, has forced the different government levels to create measures that prevent the spread of the virus throughout the territories, Colombia has created for this purpose Resolutions and Decrees with measures such as quarantine, which It consists of its inhabitants staying at home and not being able to leave it. Voluntary,
preventive and compulsory isolation measures were also designed and implemented, where controlled and authorized exits are allowed according to the established norms.

The provisions created have had a fundamental purpose, such as the protection of the life of the general population, not having enough ICUs to receive COVID 19 patients, is another fact that requires hasty measures to be taken.

The study will allow an analysis of said measures given and even the impact they have had on some sectors of the economy.
