The JACS in the turbo district as social governance organizations
The product of the working paper on the structuring of the JACs in the District of Turbo, especially the processes that take place within the JACs, the responsibilities of each position, their respective functions, the election period, it should be noted that the District has 27 JACs formed in the urban area normally recognized before the competent entities.
It is very important to know the importance of the CABs within their communities and how they manage the intervention in problems that can be addressed. The same law and the Ministry of the Interior provide tools for their role to be relevant and the way in which they are organized at the local, regional, departmental and national levels.
