The Proceedings: 8th International University Research Conference (ENIIU 2024) compiles the papers presented at the event and consolidates, in a single volume, a wide sample of research and innovation exercises developed in different fields of knowledge.

The document is organized by thematic work groups, which facilitates its reading by areas and evidences the disciplinary diversity of the event.

Based on this structure, the proceedings include contributions in areas such as administrative, economic and accounting sciences; social and human sciences; legal sciences; architecture and design; basic sciences and engineering; agricultural and livestock sciences; educational sciences; and health sciences, among other lines of work.

As a whole, the volume functions as a repository of applied academic experiences, with emphasis on specific problems and contexts, and reflects the interdisciplinary nature of the event by integrating management, technology, education, territory, health and sustainability issues. In addition, the organization by work groups makes it possible to recognize recurrent trends and focuses (e.g., bibliometric analyses, case studies, intervention proposals or solution design), which are useful for teaching, academic dissemination and institutional consultation.
