Volume II of the Proceedings of the 8th Interzonal Research Meeting of the UNAD, entitled "Social appropriation of knowledge as a route for social management", compiles papers and research results that coordinate the university community to address social, educational, environmental, cultural and health problems in different territories. Through applied studies and intervention experiences, the volume addresses topics such as quality and health care, school permanence and adaptation, pedagogical processes in crisis contexts, inclusive education, mental health, family and community dynamics, cultural memory, health risk factors and social management, sustainability and food security, agricultural production systems, and analysis of social conditions such as domestic violence, disability, social mobility and students' life projects.
