1st International educational congress
The proceedings of the 1st International Educational Congress: Experiences in Educational Innovation compiles academic contributions oriented to the analysis and socialization of practices, research and reflections on educational innovation processes in national and international contexts. The event, organized by the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD), brought together experts, researchers, teachers and students from various fields of knowledge, who address the contemporary challenges of education in face-to-face, virtual and digital media scenarios. The works included explore teaching innovation actions from university praxis, the pedagogical use of information and communication technologies, active methodologies, children's literature, art education, internationalization of the curriculum and andragogical models, among other thematic axes. Methodologically, the contributions integrate case studies, systematization of experiences, theoretical reflections and pedagogical proposals, with emphasis on teacher education, autonomous learning, educational inclusion and improvement of the quality of teaching and learning processes. The reports on innovation reflect an institutional commitment to education as an intentional process, contextualized and articulated with research, social projection and internationalization, consistent with the principles of inclusive, equitable and quality education promoted in Agenda 2030.
