The proceedings of the 4th International Permanent Seminar - Migration, Education and Territory bring together academic contributions oriented to the critical analysis of contemporary migration processes, with special emphasis on Venezuelan migration in Latin America and its educational, social, political and territorial implications. The event, developed in an international academic modality, brought together researchers, teachers and professionals from various disciplines interested in understanding the dynamics of human mobility from interdisciplinary approaches. The compiled papers address issues related to access to rights, the formulation and implementation of public policies, social inclusion, education as a fundamental right, living conditions, the labor market, social protection and territorial tensions derived from migratory flows. Methodologically, the contributions integrate qualitative and quantitative studies, documentary analysis, in-depth interviews and case studies, focusing on the perceptions and experiences of the migrant population. The reports reflect a concern for the role of education as an axis for social integration and human development, as well as for the institutional challenges faced by receiving States in responding to complex migratory phenomena, in contexts marked by inequality, vulnerability and accelerated social transformations.
