Prospectiva e innovación en la formación virtual de las ciencias jurídicas y políticas, una apuesta diferencial de la universidad nacional abierta y a distancia
The proceedings of the Second UNAD Colloquium present an academic experience focused on foresight and innovation in the virtual education of legal and political sciences, developed by the School of Legal and Political Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia. The text poses an institutional bet oriented to the democratization of legal and political knowledge in the Colombian territories, incorporated to the Academic Pedagogical Solidarity Project and a formative chain mediated by digital technologies. The document describes innovative pedagogical tools that strengthen the appropriation of knowledge and the practical component in the virtual modality, including the virtual legal-political citadel, the virtual united nations model, the local public management laboratory, the legal clinic with technological support and the implementation of access tests with proctoring. These strategies integrate simulation, role-based learning, public policy analysis, advisory practices for territorial entities and evaluation mechanisms supported by information and communication technologies. The experience is part of a framework of territorial development, social inclusion, open government and institutional strengthening, aligned with national and international agendas of educational quality, access to justice and reduction of inequalities.
