Proceedings from Prospecta Colombia 2020

The dynamics of economic uncertainty, digital transformation, and the health crisis have spurred new discussions on the sustainability, competitiveness, and adaptability of organizations across various productive sectors. In this context, the 13th International Congress on Foresight and the 4th International Congress on Entrepreneurship brought together research, experiences, and analyses aimed at understanding the emerging challenges associated with entrepreneurship, innovation, organizational management, and the construction of future scenarios in Latin America.

The proceedings include works related to strategic foresight, territorial development, the solidarity economy, digital transformation, corporate sustainability, social responsibility, financial education, technological innovation, and the strengthening of MSMEs in contexts marked by the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in contemporary production models. Additionally, the proceedings present research on rural entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, e-commerce, telework, artificial intelligence, business competitiveness, and knowledge management, linked to approaches in regional development and organizational adaptation.

The contributions reflect a wide thematic and methodological diversity, integrating case studies, socioeconomic assessments, strategic proposals, prospective analyses, and innovation experiences applied to business, community, and academic settings. Similarly, the event fostered spaces for interdisciplinary exchange among researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, and organizations interested in strengthening processes of organizational transformation and building sustainable futures.

The discussions highlight the relevance of foresight and entrepreneurship as tools for addressing complex scenarios, promoting innovation capabilities, and strengthening organizational resilience in the face of constantly changing economic, technological, and social contexts.
