Memorias Prospecta Colombia 2025 compiles contributions presented at the XVIII International Foresight Congress and the IX International Entrepreneurship Congress (Prospecta Internacional 2025), organized by UNAD-ECACEN.

The document brings together studies and experiences with an applied orientation that address foresight as a support for planning, competitiveness and decision making in organizations and territories. The thematic agenda integrates analysis on leadership and management in educational and organizational contexts, strategy formulation, dynamics of entrepreneurship and associativity, and approaches to territorial development models articulated with sustainability.

It also includes contributions related to digital transformation, knowledge management and the incorporation of artificial intelligence as emerging components in strategic processes.

Methodologically, the volume combines quantitative, qualitative and mixed approaches, with a predominance of case studies and intervention proposals oriented to local contexts, including initiatives linked to territorial economies and specific communities.

As a whole, the reports provide an overview of current lines of work in foresight and entrepreneurship, highlighting their usefulness for the formulation of strategies, the identification of trends, and the construction of institutional and territorial capacities in scenarios of change.
