On the path of the integrated care system
This paper seeks to strengthen the culture of good service in UNAD, which allows to respond in an objective, timely, quality, coherent, systematic and responsible manner through the processes and mechanisms of qualification in the actors of the Metasystem and stakeholders, achieving high quality standards that allow to innovate and promote institutional relevance, through the articulation, design and evaluation of the Permanent Qualification Plan of the Comprehensive Attention System - SAI, in light of the results of the situational analysis of the management and quality of the support services that have an impact on the prestige of the UNAD. Additionally, the document details the results of the design of the qualification meetings, the implementation of the pilots and the satisfaction data of the target population, with a view to recognizing an innovative model of care for the Global 4.0 UNAD of today and the near future.
