The Technological Tools Workshop for Virtual Learning Environments - TWT for VLE, originates from the actions that teachers Pilar Moreno and Juan Monroy had been developing in 2015 and 2016 in the CEADs of Duitama and Sogamoso, as support for the induction processes for new students. The first version focused on helping students learn to use technological tools for their course activities. Subsequently, period by period, adjustments have been made in response to the analysis of experiences and needs detected in the students, thus reaching version 5.0, which responds to the social distancing in times of pandemic. TTW for VLE has become an important resource for ZCBOY, which facilitates the transition process of first-time students from traditional to virtual training, through a strategy composed of a virtual campus course, 9 online sessions, design of didactic material; focused on three aspects: induction to the virtual campus, work with technological tools and development of activities similar to those of the virtual courses. As a result of this experience, a workshop was organized and implemented in ZCORI on April 16 and May 16, 2021.
