This paper presents a record of five innovative pedagogical experiences from the research groups that are part of the INCACEN Group, Caribbean Zone. The deductive-quantitative research method and the ZOPP methodology are used for the creation of technology-based production and commercialization companies in the Municipality of Monteria. In the productive units of women entrepreneurs, the study adopts a mixed-methods approach, with a descriptive, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 343 women from vulnerable populations. Regarding sun-and-beach tourism in the Gulf of Morrosquillo the study adopts an interpretive paradigm and a qualitative approach, based on fieldwork and a phenomenological design. The purpose of the plastic waste project is to create a culture of recycling as a measure to protect the environment. In the Penitentiary and Prison Centers of Valledupar, we seek to generate opportunities for the inmates through Social Entrepreneurship; the type of research is descriptive with a non-experimental and field design, applied to a sample of 130 inmates and INPEC personnel. As a result, the importance of research in the development of students' competencies and skills is evident.
