International research seminar on equine production

The development of the equine production research seminar is convenient from the point of view of its relevance regarding the livestock programs of the UNAD educational chain, where the agricultural sector by tradition has developed throughout history that interaction with the equine in the different daily and cultural tasks, being a line of economic importance in the different regions of the country.

Research in the equine production system covers the different aspects of academic intervention, social transfer of knowledge and guidance in the appropriate management of horses and the design of facilities, nutrition, reproduction, ethology, surgery and medical care, where it is important to update the knowledge of small and medium producers as tools for the sustainability and continuity of the system
